When will I receive my order?

All our products are delivered electronically. Immediately after you make your payment, you will be provided with a download link so that you can download your purchase instantly.

What if my download fails?

You have 48 hours in which to complete your download. If you fail to download within this time, you can click the ‘Request Additional Download’ link on your purchase receipt email and we will authorise an additional download. If you still have problems, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Is your site secure?

Yes, we use PayPal to process all payments. PayPal have over 100 Million accounts and use the highest levels of encryption. As a PayPal Merchant, we never get to see your card details they are only sent, securely encrypted, to PayPal.

We have also chosen to undergo a rigorous independent validation process at our sister site electacourse.com and are now proud to carry the Validated Site seal, giving our customers the confidence to deal with a verified reputable company.

How do I contact you if there’s a problem?

Our courses are self explanatory, but if you are unsure of anything, please contact us via email. Just click the ‘Contact Us’ link at the top of the page.

What is your Guarantee?

We ask all our customers to try our products for at least 30 days. (This is to stop habitual refunders). If, after 30 days, you are not completely satisfied, please email us with your purchase transaction receipt and reason for dissatisfaction, and we’ll issue a prompt refund. If a CD copy has been purchased, the CD must be returned before a refund will be issued.

Please email us first. We will provide you with a returns number and address to return the item to. You can email us through our Contact Form.

What if I wish to return an item?

Many of our products are protected by remote Locker software to prevent copying. Installation on more than one computer may result in all installations of that software locking up. If you believe that your software has locked up in error, please contact us and we will investigate and re-establish your software as quickly as possible.

Do you charge VAT on your sales ?

The price you see is the price you pay. There are no other costs apart from £2.95 postage and packaging on CD orders.

My software has locked up, what have I done wrong ?
